Instructions: Open the packet. The condom will not be rolled like a male condom. Hold the closed end with the open end hanging loose. Squeeze the flexible ring of the closed end with the thumb and middle finger so it becomes narrow. Insert the inner ring into the vagina (you can squat, raise one leg or lie down. Imagine you are inserting a tampon). Push the inner ring into the vagina as far as you can. The open outer end will remain outside the vagina. Guide your partner's penis into the vagina, through the outer ring and into the female condom. When finished, twist the outer ring and slide the condom out before disposing. Storage: Female condoms have a 5 year shelf life from date of manufacture. They are not affected by changes in heat or temperature. Do not pierce or pin the packaging as this may make the condom ineffective.
