To pick up your order in store, select either our Gastown or Cambie Street location at checkout. An email will be sent to you confirming your order, followed by a second email notifying you when your order is ready for pick up. A valid piece of ID is required to confirm your shipping address and order pick-up.
I NEED MY ORDER ASAP. CAN YOU DO NEXT DAY DELIVERY?
Yes, as well as same day delivery within the Greater Vancouver Area! If you wish your order to be delivered as soon as possible, please select 'Priority Courier' at checkout. Estimated delivery times (if order is placed before noon on day prior to desired delivery) are:
- Next - 1 business day for Canada
- 1 - 3 business days for the United States
DO YOU OFFER SAME DAY DELIVERY? WHAT ARE THE CUTOFF TIMES?
Yes! If you are staying within the Vancouver city limits and would like same day hotel delivery, please select 'Same Day Delivery' at checkout. This option will be available for those who qualify. Cutoff time for Same Day Delivery is 4pm. Orders placed after 4pm will be delivered the next day.
DO YOU DELIVER TO HOTELS?
Yes! If you are staying within the Vancouver city limits and would like same day hotel delivery, please select 'Priority Courier' at checkout. If delivery is desired at a specific time or on a certain day, please include instructions on the checkout page. Include your hotel room # in the 'Ship To' address.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Currently Honey Gifts is only able to ship to Canada and the United States. We hope to offer international shipping soon.
ARE YOUR PRICES IN CAD?
All prices quoted (in-store and online) are in Canadian dollars. The exchange rate is determined by your credit card company’s daily exchange rate.
I CHANGED MY MIND ABOUT AN ITEM. CAN I RETURN IT?
Exchange or store credit is available for some items within 14 days of the day you receive your order, provided the items are unopened/unused and any tags are intact. Honey Gifts is unable to provide monetary refunds for returnable items.
The following items are NOT returnable and are considered final sale items:
- Sex toys
- Bondage items
- Packaged lingerie
- Personal/intimate items
- Digital download films
- Discounted items
MY TOY DOESN'T WORK. WHAT CAN YOU DO?
If your toy malfunctions within 60 days* after you receive it, simply contact us at 1.888.708.8065 or email [email protected] and we will happily work with you to troubleshoot issues and/or provide an identical replacement if the toy is defective.
If the item is deemed defective, a fully working identical replacement will be shipped to you and your shipping costs will be credited to you via an online gift certificate. If the original item was not defective, you will be required to pay for us to ship the item back to you. To avoid unwanted charges, please contact us before returning any possible defective item. We would be happy to help.
* Some select toys provide extended warranties over 60 days. If you are not sure of the length of your warranty, please contact Honey Gifts.
CAN I RETURN LINGERIE?
If you purchased a lingerie set (bra/garter/matching panty, etc) online, the items will be secured together via a non-damaging security barb. Lingerie sets, including panties, may be returned for exchange or store credit only if all tags and the security barb are still attached and they are returned within 14 days from the day you received your items.
Any garments that have had the tags or panty detached, have been worn, washed, marked, damaged or affected by odours (including perfume and cigarette smoke) are non-returnable.
Packages returned without a prior Return Authorization will incur a 20% restocking fee.
