To pick up your order in store, select either our Gastown or Cambie Street location at checkout. An email will be sent to you confirming your order, followed by a second email notifying you when your order is ready for pick up. A valid piece of ID is required to confirm your shipping address and order pick-up.

Our upscale adult stores are located at 3448 Cambie Street in Vancouver, B.C. and 350 Water Street in Vancouver, B.C. We also ship our lingerie and sex toys out of our warehouse in New York, United States.

Our Gastown store is open 10:00am to 7:00pm daily. Our Cambie Village store is open 11:00am to 8:00pm daily. Our online store is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!

We highly suggest using a toy cleaner, which is specially designed to clean toys safely. The Wicked Toy Cleaner and the Jo Foam Cleaner are two great safe options! You can also use mild fragrance-free soap and warm water. Please check your toy for any specifications for cleaning and maintenance.

If you are buying a silicone toy, do not combine it with silicone-basedproducts. Do not use oil-based products (e.g. massage oil) or lotion-enriched (e.g. “moisturizing”) hand soaps on toys unless they are made of hard plastic, metal or glass.

Protect vibrator cords and mechanical parts from water. Try not to bend the cord near the base. We recommend that you clean all toys before their first use, and after every subsequent use. Or, save cleanup time by using an unlubricated condom with your toy.

Approximately one month after you made a purchase from Honey Gifts, you will receive a customer satisfaction survey. Everyone that made a purchase the previous month receives a survey to help us better understand your experience and to help us make improvements to meet your expectations for your next visit. The three terms, external, internal and dual refer to different stimulation options for the vagina.

1. Once you have completed shopping, click on View Cart/Edit, verify the items and quantities to make sure everything is correct, then click on Checkout.
2. If you have never ordered from HoneyGifts in the past, choose Create New Account or Place Order Without Account.
   If you have ordered in the past and have an account, enter your Login or Email and password.
3. Enter the Ship To information and if the Bill To information is different you will need to fill in this area too. Click on Continue once you have filled in all the required information. BILLING ADDRESS MUST MATCH CREDIT CARD BILLING ADDRESS OR ORDER WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
4. Shipping and Payment Options:
   - Choose your shipping method from the drop down menu. (Choose Gift Certificate Shipping option ONLY if you are purchasing gift certificates. Not redeeming them. Otherwise it may cause a delay in shipping your order.)

5. Click on Continue.
6. Payment information: Verify all information and enter payment information at the bottom. CVD is the last three numbers on the back of your credit card. Click Continue.
7. Print out the last page as reference and your final invoice.

For Canadian orders we are located and shipping out of Vancouver, British Columbia. The tax rate within BC will be GST at 5% and PST at 7%. The tax rate for the rest of Canada will be GST at 5% (no other tax will be applied). For USA orders, there are no additional taxes added.

A confirmation of your order will be sent to your email immediately following your order. Keep this for your reference. A separate shipping confirmation email will be sent to you with your tracking number the day your order goes out.  You can also log into your account to check the status of your order and obtain your tracking number.

If you choose to have online purchases delivered to you, they will be mailed to you on the next business day.
