Sex Tips & How To: Select a weighed ball and attach to the body of the We-Vibe Bloom. If you have never used Kegel weights before, selected the lightest weight (10g). Apply a small amount of water-based lubricant to the toy and insert the beaded end slowly. A portion of the thin "stem" should remain outside your body.
