It is important to go slowly and relax when inserting this nozzle into the anus, and use a lot of hybrid or water-based lubricant. Go slowly, and reapply lubricant as needed. It is best to use the enema in the bathroom approximately 1-2 hours before sexual activity. Fill the bulb reservoir with room temperature water; "do not use any other liquids in the douche. Once full, attach the applicator nozzle. After applying lubricant to the applicator nozzle, insert the tip gently into the anus and slowly yet firmly squeeze the bulb to release the water into the anus.
