Sexual Tips and How to Use: 

It is recommended that you douche 1-2 hours before commencing sexual activity. Make sure that your water temperature is lukewarm, never hot. Use only water, do not use soap or other cleansing agents. Try to relax, and proceed only as quickly as is comfortable. Always use a generous amount of water-based lubricant on both yourself and the nozzle when inserting. Once the bulb is full and you've attached the flex tip, insert the lubricated tip into the anus and slowly squeeze the bulb to release the water. You may find you do not need to use the entire amount of water. First, take off the applicator nozzle and then, when you are ready, let the fluid go in the toilet.
