Sexual Tips and How to Use: It is important to go slowly and relax when inserting this nozzle into the anus, and use a lot of water or silicone based lubricant. Go slowly, and reapply lubricant as needed. It is best to use the enema in the bathroom approximately 1-2 hours prior to sexual activity. Fill the bulb reservoir with room temperature water "“ do not use any other liquids in the douche. Once full, attach the applicator nozzle.
