A. Our upscale adult store is located at
3448 Cambie Street in Vancouver, B.C. We also ship our lingerie
and sex toys
out of our warehouse in New York, United States. Contact

Q. What type of product guarantee
do you offer with the online sex toy store?
A. We want you to be happy with your Honey
Gifts purchases. We check all electronic
toys before they leave the store to ensure they are working
properly. If your adult sex toy malfunctions within 30 days
after you purchase or receive it, simply bring or send it
back to us in its original packaging, with the receipt. We
will happily replace it with an identical item and credit
you for shipping costs. Other items may be returned for exchange
or credit within 14 days of the day you receive your order,
provided they are unopened/unused and any tags are intact.
Q. What are your store hours?
A. Our Vancouver store is open daily from
11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Our online store is open 24 hours
a day, 7 days a week!

delivery dates?
A: Shipping costs (as well as FREE
shipping minimums) and delivery times vary depending on where
your destination is. You also have 2 choices of delivery (Expidited

delivered to me?
A. If you choose to have online
purchases delivered to you, they will be mailed to you
on the next business day. We ship all orders in plain wrapping,
with Lull Giftware (our wholesale name) as the return address.
If you require faster shipping, an expedited service is also

Q. How long will it take to get my
order?
A. Delivery times will depend on what level
of shipping service you have chosen, and where the item is

Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
A. We accept Honey Gift Certificates and
Paypal , which accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express
and you can even use your bank account funds through PayPal

Q. How do I redeem a Honey gift certificate?
A. Gift certificates
can be redeemed in-store or online. To redeem a gift certificate
while shopping online, just key in the gift certificate code
where indicated on the checkout screen. If you don’t
use your entire gift certificate amount at once, not to worry.
The remaining balance will be maintained online (or in-store).
Simply key in the same gift certificate code during your next
purchase to use some or all of the balance remaining.
Q: I forgot my username and password,
what do I do?
A: If you remember what your user name is
and forgot your password our system can send an automatic
email to you with your password. Go to the login
screen, simply enter your username and select the check
box "please email me my password" and select the
button underneath -- you'll receive an email automatically
soon therafter. If you have forgotten both
password and username, you can either open a new account (and
email customer service to merge your loyalty points if you
have some in the past) or you can email
customer service and ask them to email you both your username
and password (which we will send in two separate emails during
business days on the next business day)
Q: How do I become a Rewards
member and review my points I earned?
A: You must have your personal LOG-IN and
Password to receive Reward Points. It's simply done by creating
a customer account during or before check-out or use your
existing account that you have created with us. All customers
that open a customer account are automatically registered
in our Rewards Program --everyone starts out as a Baby Bee!

Q. How should I care for my sex toys?
A. Although you should always check the product
packaging for specific instructions, most toys can be cleaned
with a wet cloth and mild anti-bacterial soap. Avoid harsh
detergents.
If you’re buying a silicone toy, do not combine it
with silicone-based lubricants.
Do not use oil-based products (e.g. massage oil) or lotion-enriched
(e.g. “moisturizing”) hand soaps on toys unless
they are made of hard plastic or glass.
Protect vibrator cords and mechanical parts from water. We
recommend that you clean all toys before their first use,
and after every subsequent use. Or, save cleanup time by using
a condom with your toy.
Always remove batteries from toys after use.
