Returns and Exchanges
Our objective is simple. We want you to be happy with your Honey Gifts purchases while maintaining strict attention to hygiene.
We check all electronic toys before they leave the store to ensure they are working properly. If your toy malfunctions within 60 days after you purchase or receive it, simply bring or send it back to us in its original packaging, with the receipt. We will happily replace it with an identical item and credit you for shipping costs. If the toy you purchased has a longer warranty, we will gladly provide you the full customer support.
Intimate apparel: Lingerie sets (tops with matching panty) purchased online may be returned for exchange or credit if all tags and the panty remains attached with our yellow barbs and within 14 days from the day you received your item. Any garments that have had the tags or panty detached, have been worn, washed, marked, damaged or affected by odours (including perfume and cigarette smoke) are non-returnable.
Individual panties and stockings are final sale for hygienic reasons.
Lingerie sets purchased in store are final sale.
Personal/intimate items, costumes and discounted items are FINAL SALE.
Other items may be returned for exchange or credit within 14 days of the day you receive your order, provided they are unopened/unused and any tags are intact.
